SHIPPINGMETHODS
Deliveries within the US are managed by our affiliate couriers UPS and DHL. All deliveries send by LD13 are insured against theft and accidental damage. This insurance coverage ceases once the shipment and a written acknowledgement of receipt have been received.
Please note that we cannot deliver to post office boxes. In the case of partial deliveries, shipping costs will be charged only once.
LD13 processes and sends orders during our main service hours, 8am until 17pm EST, from Monday to Friday. Please note that we are closed on German public holidays. We strive to process and deliver your order as soon as possible, hence make it ready to be collected and dispatched.

At LD13, we continuously strive to find environmentally friendly solutions for a luxury shopping experience. Your purchase will be shipped in an environmentally friendly packaging.

Shipping for orders over $300 within the US is free of charge
TAX
Local sales tax will be charged on all orders in selected states, where applicable.
